Hi
I am interested to find further information about an Army observer, Lt dR x Heyer, who served nearly the entire War within different Marine flying units... Heyer was promoted Oblt dR in 1915 and later in 1918 he was promoted further to Hptm dR.. In Mar 1917 he was posted out as commander of HSS Hage and posted to AFP 1 for Army service... However he was back in the Marine Air Force in early 1918 and stayed there until EOW... Anyone knew his "true name", like first name or have any kind of added information...??  Gunnar |
