Does anyone know the true cause of Harriet's fatal crash in her two-seater Bleriot monoplane? *There are different accounts as to the cause of this crash from having a passenger that was too heavy, pilot error, not being strapped in, etc. Or, does anyone know a good source for information about this crash?
