Fokker-Werke Schwerin

Does anyone know something about the Fokker-Werke (firm) in Schwerin? Where was it situated?

Yes, the world-famous "Fokker Dr I" was built in Schwerin/ Mecklenburg. e.g. The first three Fokkers ( Fl ) were delivered to Voss (Fokker Fl 103/17); von Richthofen (Fokker Fl 102/17) and the third (Fokker Fl 101/17) stayed in the Factory.

I remember I have seen a critic of a book which was dealing with the Fokker enterprise in Schwerin (maybe Jet&Prop or Fliegerrevue) but I am not sure.
I need a little bit time to find (hopefuly) this source again.

Sorry, Moritz! I could not find this source again among dozens or hundreds od magazines and books. I have seen only reports about Stralsund and Johannisthal. Therefore you should contact Jet&Prop via e-Mail or letter. I made good experiences with this method.

You could also contact some Eastgerman aviation enthusiasts like Thomas Krafft (he has a nice MiG-21 site) or Hagen Glock (both former members of of the Eastgerman unit Jagdgeschwader 8).
