Smile JG1(?) about to move....

Hi all,
Can anyone answer this one?
I've just seen a photograph of a German Air Service staff vehicle about to tow I believe, a Fokker aircraft (no wings or rudder/tail) off an airfield to a nearby railway sidings to be taken to it's next Aerodrome. How long would it have taken to dismantle the whole Jasta's aircraft, to prepare them for transporting, and re-assemble them at the other Airfield?
2nd Question: Why didn't the aircraft fly to the next Aerodrome, and the equipment/non flying officers and men, go by train?
Many thanks,
Strutter15

A noticeable number of planes were destroyed in moves. Engine or other technical failure, running out of gas, a sudden storm front, or just getting lost could lead to a plane being damaged beyond repair. Since the ground transport was going anyway for the ground crew and supplies they might as well take the planes too.
