roy cross

There is a new release featuring the artwork of Roy Cross, and it is a great book! There are only a few WWI topics, the book is mostly aviation themes, but there are some autos, tanks , ships, even a motorcycle!
All the artwork is by Mr Cross, and i for one can simply not get enough of his superb artwork- all the pieces were done for Airfix and i recognize quite a few from having spent many hours checking out all the boxtops at my local hobby store growing up.
I recommend this book to anyone who can remember those days of spending saturday morning in the aisle and without hurrrying, just making your way through the piles of models !!
