Albatros W4 "911"

Hi everybody

I am working on a Eduard W4 1/48, and it is time now to choose the final scheme, my first choice is 911. I have very little information, only 2 poor photos from Mini Datafile, any other information will be very welcome. Also if u have any other scheme with combination of dark and light lozenge for early batch W4 will be very welcome. And to start a discussionthe Americal decals are ok?

Thanks in advance

Costas
Americal/Gryphon decal sheet 14 is for printed fabric naval hexes. These are way too small for the painted hexes on W.4s

Costas, mate
read this first: ATTENTION: wrong NAVAL HEX FABRIC
There was'nt a light and dark version, only one printed naval hex fabric.

Cheers, and carry on.

there was the painted hex first. stated to be close in color to the printed fabric but the painted ones were bigger and the fabric ones were skewed 5 deg so it was NOT and true hex of equal sides .here is the printed fabric in finish test for all the painted will hopefully soon Doug http://www.theaerodrome.com/forum/mo...est-all-4.html
