info on WWI coin?

I found a 1918 2 Franc piece. Back (i believe) has been ground flat and engraved. Has name of Lawrance C. Becker / A.E.F. 17-18-19, The Night Watch / 9th AERO SQDN, interior "picture" of searchlights looking for bi-plane. Can anyone tell me anything about this?
