Looks nice. Isn't the box art a little fancyful though? Were there any 2F1 on the western front? I ask out of plain ignorance.

Nice to compare it to the Profi-Pack F.1 I have Stephen.

It's quite a state-of-the-art kit for World War I Peter. But in all honesty I prefer a simplier model such as Roden is doing with kits like the Nieuport 28. If I wished to work with that many parts, I would go back to ship or auto modeling.

I shall build mine sometime in the next year, but I find myself working months on kits such as these in lieu of the mere weeks it takes me with a nice 1/72 (or 1/48) Roden or 1/72 TOKO/Eastern Express WW I kit. Even the old DML/Dragon series were simplier kits.

But I am still a sucker for the EDUARD kits and already have the 1/72 Profi-Pack SPAD XIII and plan to order the DH-2.

No doubt Red; the Eduard Camel is highly detailed. Some people have grossed over minor concerns but if I had the $ I would build one for every unit I could. Of course I'm the one that's built 35 @ DML / Dragon 1/48 Fokker Dr.I kits since their first issue in 1992. (10 of these were 425/17 sold as desk top models.) Since I have built & repaired a few ship models and built kits for others nothing quite draws my interest like the 1/48 1914-1918 stringbags. I just repainted, detailed and repaired a 1/24 Franklin mint M1A Abrams for a silver star vet of the first gulf war. Getting back to a Roden 1/48 Fokker D.VII (our man of the Mauve.) Ooops I have just been informed that my two little ones are waiting in the car for a matinee showing of Scobby Doo2. Later folks.

You too! Crikey! I have two, 11 and 8, with two girl cousins, 6 and 8, staying over. They're out on Spring/Easter break from school. If the last week is any indication of Summer Vacation, I need a prescription for Valium pronto! I have only looked at plastic since last Friday!

Hey Red; Yeah, I only have three home now, two oldest are gone. The two youngest are on Spring vacation as well. The older of the three hangs with his girlfriend alot now. I do the plastic thing as I can. Couple minutes here a couple hours there.
