Has anyone information on this naval officer's career in WW I after the Baltic with I Seeflieger Abteilung of Kap.lt. Mehnert ?
And on his WW II career were he rose to general officer rank in the new Luftwaffe. Thanks ! VBR from Regulus |

I only have a note that he was a Lt zS dR, promoted 16 Sept 1916... We had a discussion about him earlier on this Forum(a Year ago or something...)...and I have a vague memory on a short article on him in some old C&C(?) Gunnar |

More information appears in Neal O'Connor's Vol. V or VI. Several photographs of Eisenlohr and his many brothers who served, and of course aircraft.

The book(s) "Die Generale der deutschen Luftwaffe 1935-1945" by Karl Friedrich Hildebrand agrees with Gunnar's promotion date, although Hildebrand lists it as 16Sep18 ! 1918?? I doubt that. An obvious mis-print. R.
