I think I've found the one you mean. Ugh, the cover "artwork" just gets worse the longer you look... Is that a Boeing 707 I see in the top left corner, roaming the skies over the Western Front?

Was your book originally available via Kindle? Although it's convenient for many readers, I suspect that may make it a lot easier to pirate. Perhaps paper-only publishing might be the way forward for the moment, at least in such a niche field. My guess is that most of these scammers are just out to make a quick buck with minimum effort, and wouldn't bother to scan a paper book and do all the necessary post-processing.
