Thanks. I used fishing line, hoping it would be 100% reliable for decades, and that's what I got.
To me the interesting thing about an airplane mobile isn't watching it move. You're lucky if you have two that aren't flying sideways or backwards, and they will soon enough. But every time you glance at it, it's a completely different dogfight. The guy who had the upper hand last time you looked is now getting his tail chewed off.
