I think not, it is a slash ("/") used for seperating the '2' and the '6'. Mostly these dates were (hand)written like 2/6/17 or 2/6/1917 (more precise but rarely done on informal documents like these). As it the European (German) sequence it is June 2, 1917.
No a big deal though, because it is only the date when Hans xxxx signed the picture
