Staying up late at night seems to be very bad for my brains to keep working in a 'normal' way. I made him almost French. Probably has to do with my southern France family roots
I did read somewhere that he was to be promoted but that this probably didn't happen finally due to the EOW. So that would indeed also be part of the explanation.
May I know to which victory you are referring exactly ?
