When I think "pro-German histories" I'd exclude Teutonic memoirs/biographies which naturally are going to be sympathetic to the subject (and therefore nation of origin) about 98.9% of the time. On a broader front, I just don't think there's even been an English language volume that starts,

"The destruction and humiliation inflicted upon Kaiser Wilhem II's empire was a travesty that eventually rebounded upon the greedy, arrogant victors..."

And that doesn't even begin to refute the hysterical/historical convention of Hunnish Atrocities Against Nuns And Babies, etc, etc.

In short, it just won't happen. Besides, there's no market for it. What would be the purpose? Most (not all) Forumites prefer objective analysis to partisan whimpering.
