Just off the top of my head, without doing any checking, Bill Bailey did a nice article in C&C a long time ago, titled something like "Who Was the Two-Seater Ace of WWI", and after providing muliple possibilites, finally settled on McKeever (?), McCheever (?), McCheiver(?). Someone with more knowledge - HELP!! R.
