The station you are referring to is perhaps Puntisella. The German Navy dispatched a small number of two-seat floatplanes in the Adriatic, for liaison/postal work, in connection with the activity of the submarine flotillas in the Adriatic based in Pola and Cattaro. To me, it seems unlikely that any of those machines ever engaged in air combat.
