I've still got me own teeth, so I'll chew a bit longer.
Statistically, since there must have been a wrecked German aeroplane or burned balloon for every French, Belgian and American victory, there was nothing left for the British to claim.
What, then, of the 200+ balloons claimed by the British forces on the Western Front and the similar number of German aeroplanes that came down behind the British lines and given a "G" number?
Summat don't add up, and it ain't just the British sums that are out.
