I am aware of this site, I sent the crocodile who runs it some info on Aussies who were on his list a few years back, he used the information but didn't acknowledge it was my research, so I tend not to use the site as I would not like to plagerise someone elses material that he has used on his site.
As, for Nev Shute, I know his full name but as he published minus the Norway, I will use his pen name. Its a bit like calling John Wayne, Marion Morrison.
