Pfalz D.IIIa 8284/17 was from Jasta 77b. The nose, left wheel cover, empennageand 1 propeller blade was painted blue. The right wheel cover, the other propeeler blade, rudder and elevator were painted white. The swastika was black, the wings were covered with 5 color printed day pattern lozenge fabric, dark pattern on the top surfaces anf the light pattern on the bottom side of the wings. The rib tapes were cut strips of the lozenge fabric that matched the surface. The fuselage and all struts were painted aluminum. The fuselage and rudder crosses were the original "Balken cross" the wing crosses were the iron cross outlined in white. Cat. No.Js77-30.
